Namaste welcome back to my channel Today I am here with dashain special recipe before that I wish you a very happy dashain today I will share what are the things you can prepare for dashain you can always add the food as per your choices I have prepared this with the ingredients which were available in my kitchen first I will make mutton fry pan is heated now add mustard oil temper with the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaf add 1 medium sized chopped onion saute the onion till it get golden brown add goat meat stir it add 1 tsp turmeric powder salt as per the taste mix it well cover and cook this in a low flame for 20 minutes stir it as needed meantime I will prepare goat lungs for this I have cut this into a small pieces and boiled to prepare this I have heated the pan add mustard oil temper the 1/2 tsp panchforan add 1 bay leaf as well now add lungs stir it and add 1 tsp turmeric powder add salt and stir it again let it cook stir it it when needed when it look like this add 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder ginger and garlic paste mix it really well cook everything for sometime now the lungs fry is ready to be served mutton fry looks like this add 1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste add 1 tsp mix of cloves, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon powder mix it well cover and cook the masala for another 5 minutes goat fried is ready I have prepared goat intestine as well if you want the detailed recipe for bhutan I have shared the link in the description box now I will make mixed pickle as well for that in a mixing bowl add radish sliced, carrot, cucumber and green chilies too add boiled potato too I am gonna add different sesame (jhuse til) this is also called lapche fry this this has fried enough now let it cool now keep this in a grinder and grinder it this is ready now add into a same bowl toady I am gonna add black salt in it black will salt enhance the taste of pickle add red chili powder as well add chopped onion cilantro to temper the pickle I have heated the pan now add mustard oil add fenugreek seeds fenugreek seeds has turned into a brown color temper the pickle with oil add lemon juice give it a good mix I am gonna add little bit water pickle is ready to be served now I am gonna prepare goat blood(rakti) I have rakti (goat blood) 1 tsp masala powder 1 tsp turmeric powder salt as per the taste 1/2 tsp black pepper powder ginger and garlic paste mix it well you have to mix the blood with masala in order to get good taste this has mixed well now add little bit oil in a pan add bay leaves add goat blood or Rakti mix it well cover and cook this in medium flame stir it as needed stir it again cover and cook for sometime Rakti also ready to be served everything is ready to be served I have served the khaja thali with beaten rice rakti, goat fried meat(bhutuwa), bhutan (goat fried intestine) fried lungs and I have mixed achar and I also have sandheko bhatmas I have shared the sandheko bhatmas recipe in a description box hope you will prepare the same thali and serve with families hope you guys loved the recipe for more delicious recipes please subscribe my channel and press the bell icon too
