This week I swapped diets with my mum for 24 hours. She is doing a Nutrition degree and is super healthy. She eats loads of green stuff and weird things made from chia. She doesn’t eat sugar and likes her coffee!! She is also keto and doesn’t eat many carbs.
On the other hand, I can’t eat dairy or gluten, I’m extremely fussy, like a bit of junk and have a really sweet tooth. This was quite a challenge for me although we did really well at lunchtime cos we found a Mexican restaurant that we both liked!
