I know exactly what it’s like to struggle with having a poor relationship with food. Do we all really have a “relationship” with food? Well, even if you may not consider it that way… we all do! Think about it… we eat 3-6 times per day, so if we have a negative, toxic relationship with food then ultimately we can’t live a happy, healthy life to the fullest degree.
