Fat Burning Foods – My Surprisingly Simple Grocery List Template to Lose Fat and Get Lean

Important: When it comes to burning unwanted body fat, exercise may be important… But following the right grocery list template (and perhaps more importantly, actually eating the right foods) may be the missing ingredient to your weight loss equation!

Imagine how much weight you could lose THIS WEEK if you could just get some fat burning foods into your body instead of all the garbage that is constantly marketed to us on TV, magazines, and just about anywhere you turn your head…

In this short video I show you some of my top rated fat burning foods that you can buy at the grocery today to help you start losing weight (the unwanted kind) and build/maintain muscle.

Now don’t think that just because you eat this kind of food you are going to have huge muscles (that requires a very specific training regimen, it won’t just happen on its own in a handful of weeks no matter what you eat).

However, whether you want to simply shred some body fat, OR lose fat and build muscle at the same time, this may be the missing piece of the puzzle you’ve been desperately searching for.

Following a diet plan or grocery list template that is low in fat, high in protein, and moderate in carbohydrate’s may be exactly what you need to get the body you desire.

In this video you may have noticed “what IS NOT in my grocery list template” as well as WHAT IS in it. You’ll notice there is:

Absolutely NO: Pop/soda, candy, high fat meats, sugary foods (other than natural lower glycemic index fruits).

Very Little: Processed foods!

One of the greatest keys to keeping body fat down and maintaining lean muscle (or having a toned body for women) is to stabilize your body’s BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS by eating the right fat burning foods.

What this means is we want to avoid high fructose corn syrup and large amounts of sugary high glycemic index foods.

What this boils down to is avoid consuming anything with high levels of sugar (or modified sugar like high fructose corn syrup, which is even worse). Spiking your blood sugar levels will throw off your hormone balance and cause your body to store the foods you are eating differently in your body.

Also, processed foods are usually Much Higher in Sodium than their Fresh Counterparts. Eating processed foods that are stuffed with sodium (too keep them from going bad) means your body is going to be storing a lot more “water weight” and make you look like a balloon pumped full of water!
