My macros are currently 120g protein, 50g fat and carb cycling 2 days at 100g and 1 day at 150g
I typically have 5 meals a day – sometimes more and sometimes less!
I dont prep every single meal i eat at this point as i enjoy creating along the way and altering my macros to fit whatever i feel like eating & also leave room for any snacks i feel like!!
I really hope this video helped you out in some way and gave you more of an idea as to what you could be eating to shred down, drop body fat and lean out!
