Weight Loss Motivation Tips – 3 Ways to Stay Motivated and Lose Fat

so you need some motivation and you need to know how to keep that motivation well I got three tips for you on just that coming up the best tip by far is going to be the last one so make sure to stick tip number one is going to be kind of cliche but it's going to be have fun and enjoy yourself if you are not enjoying it you are not going to be motivated for very long you might get all pumped up psyched up ready to go in order to do something and it could be anything this is outside of weight loss as well and if it feels like a chore if you don't really like it you're not going to want to do it and eventually you're gonna quit whenever you have a reason to do something else that is the essence of why people quit that is the heart of why people quit their weight loss journey or their fitness journey because they're not having fun you don't quit things that you enjoy doing you don't quit things that you love doing so try to do something that you love it might take time it might start to become something that you love because of the results and then you start seeing oh I'm I'm stronger because of this not just because of my results but I enjoy this because I'm a better version of myself and that can certainly happen and probably will so give it time that's kind of a sub point but also I mean if you absolutely just hate cardio then stop doing cardio you know start lifting weights I have a lot of clients that are like I never knew that this would be so fun and then they stick with it or start going on hikes you might have to really get creative and do something outside or start a hobby like a rock climbing gym or something but you have to enjoy it motivation tip number two is going to be stats tracking and that is because seeing your results other than what's in the mirror because those can be awfully slow and especially the scale that can feel awfully slow you will see that I'm actually getting results according to my measurements and that can be very motivating especially at first before it has become fun you can be highly motivated by actually seeing that oh my thighs got smaller my waist got smaller whatever it is because a lot of times you won't see much movement on the scale because of water weight or it just doesn't feel like a whole lot especially if you're very overweight but you'll see inches lost and that can keep you motivated number three and this is the big one this is the biggest one probably the most obvious but a good reminder nonetheless and that is an accountability partner an accountability partner whether that is someone that goes to the gym with you or a personal trainer at the gym or an online trainer who can be with you all the time any one of those is going to help keep you accountable and that is a big deal whenever you have someone to answer to even if they're not always on you even if it's just like a friend like hey we're supposed to go to the gym today you're just more likely to go do it one because it's social and we are social beings we like to be social it's how God made us but also because you just don't want to let that person down and so you know pick a good partner pick a person who is dependable and and especially if that is a trainer you're probably going to have your best luck there but all of these tips that I just named off can be accomplished through online training and it's a really powerful thing to do online training I just want to go over that with you real quick you can have fun your training is gonna make sure that you're having fun because if it's not then they're I mean if they're a good trainer especially me 4 Faith Fitness is going to make sure you're having fun because you're gonna quit eventually so that is important your trainer will make sure of graphs about I mean literally every measurement you can take on your body your weight your your the weights that you're using in the gym I mean the stats is unbelievable and that's something that can keep you motivated again and then the accountability partner that is your trainer and then especially if you're doing that with a friend if you bring a friend along with you then to online training and then both of you kind of have each other to be accountable to your trainer can make sure your programs are very similar it's really awesome so again check out that video with online training and
