Here are the steps you need to figure out exactly how many calories you should be eating to really gain weight!

4. You’ll multiply your (BMR) x (HARRIS BENEDICT EQUATION) = Calorie-Calculation
Once you get your Calorie Calculation which is how many calories you need to maintain the weight you’re currently at, your now going to add 500 to that number.
By adding 500 more calories to your diet everyday that adds 3,500 additional calories in a week and 3,500 calories in a week = 1 pound -1.5pounds – 2 pounds a week.
